My mother just locked the door on 520 Cedar Cove Court, Unincorporated St. Louis County, MO 63021-5702, for the last time. This is the house that I grew up in from late 1989 till 2000. Goodbye childhood.

One Hundred Forty Seven
Mr. Newton informs me that there are 147 days till the Fulbright application is due. This seems like a lot of time, especially during this quiet Friday afternoon in the office. It is sunny, green and increasingly warm — temps are expected to top out around 90 today. On Friday October 19th, when my application has been filed and the long wait begins, I am sure that it will be cool (47) with a breeze. There my be damp and color from the leaves, but I will be relieved. Only then will I really be able to hunker down and start busting out the web pages and assorted multi-media content that I am eager to produce now.
In up coming days look forward to my notes from the International Community Wireless Summit, and also, perhaps, updates on the new knock-twice[dot]com.
